Arash is an Associate Director and Project Lead with 12 years of industry experience across complex data centre, mixed-use, hospitality and residential projects. He has a strong technical architecture background, with particular expertise in BIM and information management, regulatory compliance, multidisciplinary coordination and the delivery of projects from concept through construction.
His recent data centre experience includes large-scale liquid-cooled and air-cooled facilities in Spain, wider Europe and London. Arash has supported Stage 3 and Stage 4 technical design development, coordinated architectural information with MEP, structural and fire disciplines, and worked with local delivery architects, clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to align design intent with planning, compliance, feasibility and buildability requirements.
With experience across a number of different practices, Arash brings a technically focused and collaborative approach to complex digital infrastructure. He is skilled at translating demanding client, statutory and operational requirements into coordinated architectural solutions, with a focus on resilient, efficient and future-ready facilities.
