After graduating, he spent seven years working with various architectural firms across Ireland, gaining expertise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. In 2000, he joined Reddy A+U as a Technical Director, where he played a key role in delivering high-quality projects.
Des has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex architectural projects from concept to completion. His portfolio includes large-scale mixed-use developments, apartment schemes, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, bars and restaurants, retail spaces, educational institutions, and industrial facilities. He has successfully led projects under traditional, Design & Build (D&B), and management contracts, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
