Gregory is a qualified Architect with over 17 years of UK-based experience leading and delivering residential, mixed-use, healthcare, extra-care, and community projects. His portfolio ranges from smaller, technically challenging schemes to major strategic developments, with extensive experience across affordable housing, private residential, and large-scale urban regeneration.
Gregory has strong expertise in residential design, masterplanning, Passivhaus and low-energy design, technical detailing, BIM, and advanced construction technologies. As Project Architect and team leader, he has managed projects across multiple RIBA stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while maintaining design quality and responding to complex technical and contextual requirements.
Gregory brings a creative, technical, and collaborative approach to project delivery, supported by strong leadership and team management skills. His particular interest in sustainable architecture has developed through extensive Passivhaus experience, including an award-winning affordable housing scheme in Mid-Sussex.
