Kieran Dobbs

Architectural Designer

With over 20 years of international experience, Kieran is a highly skilled architectural designer who has worked in leading design studios across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. His expertise spans a diverse range of projects, including high-end residential developments, mixed-use schemes, civic buildings, offices, schools, rail infrastructure, and large-scale master planning.

Since 2014, Kieran has been based in London, contributing to projects with contract values ranging from £500k to £600m, including involvement in Crossrail, which exceeded £15bn. His role encompasses all RIBA stages (0-7) under NEC and predominantly JCT building contracts, from minor works to large-scale design and build projects.

In recent years, Kieran has developed a strong focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and data centre design. As a Designer and BIM Coordinator at B+R Architects, he has played a key role in delivering Waitrose projects and, more recently, the design and refurbishment of IT data centres across Europe. His expertise in BIM ensures seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors, optimizing efficiency and project outcomes.

Growing up in a family-run agricultural contracting business, Kieran gained a deep understanding of natural materials and their practical applications in the built environment. He is passionate about bridging the gap between architects and trade professionals, fostering strong working relationships to achieve the best possible project results.

A creative and detail-oriented professional, Kieran thrives in collaborative environments, bringing enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong work ethic to every project. His ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive innovative solutions makes him a valuable asset in the evolving fields of BIM integration and data centre architecture.
