Bancroft View is a key urban regeneration project located on Greenhills Road, just east of Technological University Dublin's Tallaght Campus. The site faced challenges due to its position below the road and the planned Bus Connects infrastructure. The design team used an innovative approach to integrate the development with both the existing environment and future plans.

The project features 197 build-to-sell apartments within a single city block. These apartments face south, offering views of Bancroft Park and the Dublin Mountains. The building is set back from Greenhills Road to improve the urban environment and accommodate future Bus Connects works. This proposal maximizes the use of a site that has been vacant for over a decade, delivering much-needed residential development.
