Cedar Green is a strategic employment hub, aligned with the local council’s Area Plan. Our vision focuses on revitalizing underutilized industrial land to support growth in science, technology, and enterprise sectors. This will create jobs and boost employment through foreign direct investment.
In Phase 1 of the master plan, we will repurpose a former pharmaceutical storage facility into a data center. We also plan further data center development in the next phases. Additionally, we aim to transform an existing office building into high-employment spaces. These spaces will cater to Science, Technology, and Enterprise, featuring incubator units for promising start-ups.
