The Hansfield development features 159 residential units and enjoys a prime location next to Hansfield Train Station within the Hansfield SDZ lands. C+W O’Brien Architects took on this project after the planning stage, leveraging their extensive expertise to guide the construction phase. Collaborating closely with the existing design team, we led the coordination of construction packages to ensure smooth execution.
The Hansfield 159 scheme includes a shared basement spanning three of the five blocks, with pedestrian pathways connecting all blocks seamlessly. All blocks are constructed using advanced Insulated Concrete Formwork, providing exceptional durability and efficiency. Our team worked diligently with design consultants to ensure the project fully complies with current building regulations.
