Andrea is a qualified Architect at C+W O’Brien Architects with over 25 years of professional experience working across Ireland, Italy and France. Since returning to Ireland in 2017, he has been based in Dublin, where he has led the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
Andrea has extensive experience across residential, commercial, logistics, healthcare and industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on design management, construction delivery and client representation. He has been responsible for managing live construction sites with project values ranging from approximately €3.7m to €13.5m, while also leading planning and design stages for a number of concurrent projects.
He has acted as the main point of contact for major clients, most notably Aldi Stores (Ireland) Limited, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and contractors across new-build, extension, fit-out and retrofit projects, including post-occupancy review. Cost control, value engineering and programme alignment are core strengths, consistently applied throughout all project stages.
Andrea’s background includes senior roles within architectural practices and design-led construction environments, as well as running his own practice for several years. His professional approach combines design expertise with robust project and site management, allowing him to act as a central reference point for clients, consultants and contractors alike.
