Ellen is a Project Architect qualified with a Bachelor of Architecture and Urbanism in 2011 – Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to this, she graduated from Technical College with a qualification in civil construction studies in 2005. She worked for several years on commercial building fit-outs with an emphasis on project management at Cushman & Wakefield in Brazil. Also, Ellen had an opportunity to work in Poland in an International Business Exchange Program in 2011.
A year after the completion of her bachelor’s degree, Ellen moved to Dublin Ireland.
In the same year, she joined an architecture firm where she worked as an architect for almost 6 years. During this period, she developed extensive knowledge of the Irish Planning legislation system and Building Regulations, also she managed several large-scale residential developments in County Dublin, as well as mixed-use retail and other commercial projects.
Ellen obtained membership with the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland in 2016 and was one of the first Brazilian architects to join the Irish Register.
In 2018, she graduated in nZEB Policy and Technology from Dublin Institute of Technology to further her development in environmental and energy conservation for mixed residential and commercial projects.
Ellen joined C+W O’Brien Architects in early 2019 as a Project Architect, and continue to work on several Residential schemes (BTR and BTS), Co-Living Development, Film Studios and Hotels.
