Lucia is an ARB-registered architect with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex, high-performance projects across the UK and France. Currently working from France as part of C+W O’Brien Architects’ international team, she specialises in mission-critical hyperscale data centres, large-scale retail, and bespoke residential developments, with projects ranging from €11M retail schemes to 96MW data centre facilities.
She began her career in France, leading the design and delivery of supermarkets, shopping centres, hotels, and industrial buildings, developing strong expertise in regulatory approvals and compliance. In the UK, she worked across RIBA Stages 1–4 on technically demanding data centre projects, strengthening her skills in multidisciplinary coordination and BIM/Revit workflows.
Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, with working Spanish, Lucia brings a practical and internationally informed approach to every project.
