Double Property Group were delighted to hand some very happy families the keys to their new homes recently.

C+W O’Brien acted as Architects, Design Team Lead, Assigned Certifier and PSDP on this mixed use development consisting of Commercial and Residential Units located at St. James’s Road, Greenhills.  The project has 4 No. three bedroom, 16 No. two bedroom and 6 No. one bedroom apartments with resident’s amenity space.  The project was completed in 23 months.
