The proposed development site at Farren's Lane, Rush, County Dublin, is located west of Skerries Road, east of St. Maur's Park, and north of Brookfield Park. The project includes the demolition of a temporary wastewater pumping station and the construction of 159 residential units, consisting of 114 houses and 45 apartments. A 415 sqm crèche will also be built.
The development will feature 305 car parking spaces, including 60 EV-ready spaces. There will also be 185 bicycle parking spaces and 3.5 hectares of landscaped public and communal open space. Access to the site will be provided from Brookfield Park and the Golden Ridge development. Pedestrian and cycle connections will link Skerries Road, Farren’s Lane, and Kenure Park.
Additional infrastructure will include ESB substations, bin and bicycle storage areas, photovoltaic (PV) panels, and other associated works.
