This site, located on the outskirts of Maynooth town centre, forms part of the Mariavilla SHD development approved in 2018. C+W O’Brien Architects designed a high-density residential development to increase the number of units on the site. Our team delivered a high-quality solution, collaborating closely with the client and design team to ensure the scheme’s commercial viability. The project is currently in the planning phase.
