The Northfleet Harbourside is a transformative 50-acre waterfront development located along the River Thames in Gravesend, Kent. The project aims to revitalise this underutilised area by creating a vibrant community. It will provide 3,500 new homes, both private and affordable, helping meet local housing demand and fostering a sustainable neighbourhood.

The development includes 300,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, offering a mix of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, and leisure venues. Additionally, the site will feature a 300-bed hotel and 150,000 sq ft of commercial office space. These new amenities will establish Northfleet Harbourside as a bustling destination for locals and visitors alike.

This ambitious project will stimulate local economic growth, creating 3,000 new jobs during and after construction. It will also introduce new community facilities, medical services, and sports amenities. Improved pedestrian and cycling pathways will further enhance the area's transformation.

A standout feature is the new 8,000-capacity stadium for Ebbsfleet United Football Club. The state-of-the-art venue will secure the club’s future and offer facilities for both sporting events and community activities. The stadium will serve as a focal point, helping to anchor the Northfleet Harbourside as a thriving hub on the River Thames.
