Functional and Modern Office Fit-Out

The office fit-out included a reception area, four external meeting rooms, nine internal meeting rooms, and an open-plan workspace with 80 sit-stand desks. Additional features included casual and interactive spaces, a multi-functional auditorium, a canteen, a wellness room, and changing facilities.

The Influence of Goshawk’s Logo

A key principle of logo design is to communicate a company’s ethos and strengths. Goshawk’s logo is both strong and distinctive, carefully designed to convey identity and purpose. The centered focal point draws attention, expanding outward while maintaining unity. Its cylindrical form symbolizes equality, togetherness, and continuity.

The logo also resembles an airplane in elevation, with an overlay suggesting a propeller at its center, reinforcing its aviation theme. This unique form enhances collaboration and unity in design.

Integrating the Logo into Office Design

Inspired by the Goshawk logo, we used it as the foundation of our design approach. Our goal was to create an office space that reflected the aviation industry while maintaining innovation and flexibility.

We moved away from traditional square office layouts, incorporating the rotational movement of airplane propellers into ceiling, flooring, and room designs. The client embraced this concept, as it aligned with their vision of innovation and progress.

Creating a Clear Vision

A significant aspect of the One Molesworth Street project involved developing a clear vision through mood boards and digital fly-throughs. These tools helped the client visualize the final office interior, ensuring their requirements for workspace functionality and aesthetics were met. Once the vision was established, the client gained confidence in the project team’s ability to bring it to life.
