The development aims to create a high-quality residential scheme comprising 123 houses, 53 apartments, and 28 duplexes, catering to a diverse range of household sizes and preferences. Additionally, a separate site within Peyton Place is allocated for a crèche catering to 91 children, strategically positioned at the entrance of the estate to serve both existing and future residents.

Efforts have been made to integrate the development seamlessly into the existing landscape while ensuring functionality and efficiency. The layout prioritizes pedestrian and cycling networks, offering clear connections to nearby amenities such as Rathcoole Park and the proposed linear park, enhancing the overall community experience.
