The Arboury

The Arboury will be a high quality residential development located to the north east of The Square Tallaght and is an is an example of a high quality MMC residential development.

As well as providing full architectural services, C+W O’Brien Architects have proposed the use of a number of MMC processes in the construction including: prefabricated bathroom pods, prefabricated balconies; Exploring the use of cross laminated timber (CLT) for the main structural elements.
