The site is situated in a linear land configuration on the southern side of Clonsilla Village, just north of the Royal Canal. The proposed development includes 198 residential apartments, featuring a mix of 120 one-bedroom units, 59 two-bedroom units, and 19 three-bedroom units, spread across 8 buildings ranging from four to seven storeys. Additionally, the project involves the refurbishment of the Protected Structure, the Old School House. Key features of the development include communal amenity areas, bike and car parking facilities, an ESB substation, a Greenway Cycle Path, and comprehensive landscaping. This proposal enhances the local infrastructure and community amenities.
